Rebecca van Noppen

Rebecca van Noppen

Chief Operating Officer

Rebecca is a teacher, author, financial coach, podcast host, and mother of five. She has recently written a book entitled, Cultivating Trust—Finding God’s Hope and Freedom for Your Finances, Expanded Edition, along with the Cultivating Trust video series. She works alongside her husband David van Noppen teaching, training and leading educational financial workshops like Financial Fitness and Unleashed—a 12-session program that focuses on the heart issues around money. You can hear Dave and Reb co-host their weekly podcast “Let’s Talk Money with Dave and Reb” on any podcasting platform. Her passion and heart’s desire is to see people discover who God is and how He wants all of His kids to grow in love and truth. She believes that  growing in relationship and friendship with God is the key to financial freedom and debt-free living. She knows that people will discover for themselves the rest, refreshment, and renewal in their finances as they stop with God at the wellspring of life He provides.

“Wellspring Oasis Canada is the fulfilment of a dream. It has been a profound experience to see people find hope through learning and financial coaching as they prepare their spending plans, experience forgiveness, divest themselves of shame over unhealthy financial decisions, and come together in community to share their money stories in Unleashed workshops. It started at More Than Enough, and now I am excited to see the scope of this dream broadened into Wellspring. I invite one and all to come to the wellspring of life!”

David van Noppen

Director

David is co-founder of More Than Enough Financial and Wellspring Oasis Canada. He is passionate to see Canadians find financial hope and freedom as they pursue their God-given dreams and goals. He is a financial coach, certified More Than Enough coach trainer, licensed mortgage specialist, speaker, podcast host, and father of five. David’s journey in the financial industry started in 2008, when he became one of the co-creators of the More Than Enough Financial Fitness coaching program. After 20 years of working, managing, and running his family automotive business, this system became an outflow of those years of experience, alongside a newly ignited passion to see people set free from the burden of debt. After helping 100 families pay off over four million dollars of debt in four years, he was contracted by the Canadian National Christian Foundation to develop the Freedom Initiative, a national debt relief coaching program staffed by local churches to bring financial freedom to their communities. He returned to More Than Enough in 2013 as a mortgage agent and coach, and now as owner, continues to lead the business in coaching, mortgages, tax planning, and financial equipping and training.

“Wellspring Oasis Canada is a place of welcome, rest, and personal growth. Our coaching and literacy programs teach that money is a tool for stewardship that leads to wholeness and healing. Those who come will find practical financial wisdom as they learn to manage money, while at the same time learning about the heart issues around money. They will be able to do all of this with support, accountability, and a community of others walking similar paths.”

Bron Vasic

Bron Vasic

Director

Bron, a retired Chartered Professional Accountant and entrepreneurial business coach, has spent many years mentoring those who are eager to learn about financial stewardship both personally and professionally. After being transferred to Ottawa from southwestern Ontario with a national firm of chartered accountants, Bron was instrumental in starting a local firm of chartered accountants, Brooks Vasic & Kniewasser, that then merged with another national firm. In 2004, Bron pursued his love of consultancy and began a local firm of management consultants, OTUS Group. For over thirty years, Bron Vasic provided business leaders with guidance and management knowledge to help them find a better way to balance their business challenges. He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs glorify God in their businesses and mentoring the More Than Enough Financial and WOC teams as they guide others toward financial freedom. As a husband and father of two adult children, Bron believes strongly in bringing people the hope, freedom, rest, refreshment, and renewal of financial health, alongside their relationship with God. He wants to see people get “unstuck” by overcoming the fears of the unknown as they learn to honour God in their finances.

Bron had a vision for Wellspring many years before it was even named:

“Wellspring Oasis provides support, comfort, and encouragement in the journey of life that so many are seeking.””

Scott Stiller

Scott Stiller

Director

Scott has been a part of the community of Ottawa for the greater part of 35 years, serving in various capacities in both non-profit and professional spaces. His commitment to advancing financial literacy, providing meaningful relief, and helping individuals build a more secure and hopeful financial future comes from his own experience benefitting from financial coaching and empowerment. His work with the organization is influenced by a lifelong track record of supporting people through practical guidance and compassionate care during challenging times.

Whether providing supportive leadership to a team of talented creative professionals in a challenging, deadline-oppressive work environment; or a group of life-seasoned volunteers assisting deserving low-income families in their pursuit of affordable homeownership; or a diverse community of faithful believers looking for spiritual guidance and pastoral care, Scott has worked to see people succeed, overcome difficulty, shed shame and find freedom from whatever holds them back. This diverse background in leadership, community support, and relationship-building allows him to champion Wellspring Oasis Canada’s mission of delivering practical financial education and hope-filled relief to those in need.

“Wellspring’s unique approach to financial literacy and coaching offers not only compassionate support and practical accountability, but it also touches on the heart of the matter with money. What motivates us to do what we do, spend what we spend, or hide when we hide? If we can figure out the ‘why’, the ‘how’ becomes much more clear.”
